1. Cancellation Timeframe:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After this timeframe, the order will be processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation:

3. Cancellation Refund:

4. Exceptions:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once they are in production.
  • Digital Products: Orders for digital products, such as e-books or downloadable software, cannot be canceled or refunded after the download link has been provided.

5. Cancellation Confirmation:

Once your cancellation request is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your request, please contact our customer support team to ensure the cancellation has been processed.
